I believe its called Advaita Hinduism, but they say literally all is God's will. To worry about nothing because literally every act is predetermined by God. One thinks "well what's to stop us from raping and killing" ------ what's stop us now? Jail? Hell? Or we just don't want to rape or murder? Me thinks the latter ultimately.
I haven't been able to go far down that rabbit hole but I can see the simple beauty of it. Me thinks I would be happier...
I also like to tHink that aFter we die we'll pull the goggles off, get outta the chair and bitch about what a waste of $ tHus little hallucination turned out to be. Fits with Advaita in a sense...

If you can't change it, then don't worry about it. Worrying won't fix it, so why worry?
don't be worry, be happy, woah

Worrying does no good imo especially in things that you can't change. You can't change the past either but one can certainly influence the future! Good post!

I try not to, but not having my kids around idk just doesn't sit well. I know they all leave the nest, but my kids are still growing. Youngest will be 12 in July and she freaks me out the most.
Guess I will take my Planet X family advice....fire in the hole :steamroller

There is more than one way to say it, to me:
When all you look for is the bad, you will surely find it

Stress kills as it can cause hypertension. Over time, I have learned to quarantine worry to the back of my mind unless I can change a scenario by my actions. The downfall is that I feel sometimes too laid back about things I can and should affect change upon.
