What is the best way to use the tincture? Will it spike bud like oil?

What is the best way to use the tincture? 5 Drops in any liquid you drink. it is too strong to do sublingual.

Will it spike bud like oil? No, It has ethanol as it's base

Is there a limit on the 420 cones? Cones are limited to (2) 2 packs every day at PRC.

Sweet deals definitely  going to be getting some of that tincture. I've been wanting to make a purchase for a while this will be in my first. The pineapple Express sounds pretty promising too.
