I see the levels of Delta-9 in the webpage above stay below the federal level. AquaTek's D8  distillate product listed in the Leafly article has a 7.9% Delta-9 level, in excess federally but still legal  in states where MJ is allowed. I don't know how law enforcement has a method to differentiate between the two, much like separating CBD hemp from general MJ.

Edit: I should probably specify that when I'm talking about Law Enforcement testing, we are talking field tests as opposed to lab testing. I would most likely challenge any field test, as they are known for false positives -some pretty benign substances will show positive results for illegal drugs.
