Apparently the explosive got stuck in the tube and burst out the side. The instructions say light fuse and get away, but how far is far enough when the firework malfunctions.

Kinda like the question: How many licks does it take to reach the center of a tootsie roll pop. I guess it just depends.

I think I saw where the Goalie bought it that the fireworks were being launched out of a mortar tube
device that accidentally shifted while launching. I liked it better when fireworks were illegal to have
in Arizona
