Cannabis General / BM's Hash Bars

BM's hash bars

Recently received this product, the bars are square, just over an inch to a side and are cut thin, about 1/8" thick. I pick off the amount and there is no sticky mess, unlike most hash I've tried

The effect is very sudden and brings the slight 'falling' feeling I ascribe to hash
I smoked three hits in a bong & really took off, I was telling myself not to try it when #4 hit made me put the bong away. Not gonna lie, there was some coughing on that one. This is rather concentrated, stronger than most hash I've had in the past, you don't need much

Don't know if this is actually still available,
but it's a shame if it isn't

I have a Kg of Delta 8 THC Distillate.  It will make thousands of gummies.

I have the COA to prove its potency and it is from a reputable company.

I only bought it because NY made it illegal and I grabbed it a few days beforehand.

It has a bad reputation for vaping but it works great in edibles.

Hello Loungers, what's been going on? how are ya'll?

I've had the usual ebb and flow of chaos and daily monotony. Currently coming off a chaos ebb, looking forward to some flow!

I rolled my ankle and fell off a curb, injuring myself pretty badly in the process. Nothing actually broken from this fall, thank goodness, just some nasty bruising, swelling, and a bruised bone. Doctor says it could take 6 months for my knee to feel/function normally again...but I'm going to ask if they will drain off some of the fluid; the pressure is so painful.

I had an MRI to further check my knee, since it's taking so long to heal. Nothing torn or currently broken - but we did find a significant crack in my femur that wasn't present in previous MRIs. Sometime in the last 10 years, I broke my femur and it healed over without further intervention. I remember a period of time where I said my leg bone hurt, and was radiating up my thigh. Everyone brushed it off and said I was fine; I wasn't in a car accident or anything else traumatic that would indicate my leg was broken. I have a picture of that -  let me know if ya'll want to see it (it's gnarly!) and I'll try to figure out pictures here.

Early day tomorrow....i'm going to head to bed. Talk soon!

Oh, and I need reading glasses now. ugh.

GUC
xoxo

https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/maryland-gov-wes-moore-pardon-175000-marijuana-convictions/story?id=111172786

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore is pardoning more than 175,000 convictions for marijuana, his office announced Monday.

"I am humbled to be with you in the historic Maryland State House -- as we make history of our own, together," he announced in a post on X. "This morning – with deep pride and soberness – I will pardon over 175,000 convictions related to the possession of cannabis and cannabis paraphernalia."

In a speech Monday where he signed the executive order, Moore described it as "the most sweeping state-level pardon in any state in American history."

Even so, Moore emphasized that the mass pardons won't "turn back the clock on decades of harm that was caused by this war on drugs" -- particularly for the Black community, which has disproportionately borne the brunt of incarcerations.

"Legalization does not erase the fact that nearly half of all drug arrests in Maryland during the early 2000s were for cannabis. It doesn't erase the fact that Black Marylanders were three times more likely to be arrested for cannabis than white Marylanders before legalization," he said. "It doesn't erase the fact that having a conviction on your record means a harder time with everything, everything from housing to employment to education. It doesn't erase the fact that people who were arrested for cannabis three or four or 40 years ago still have those convictions on their records to this day."

"We cannot celebrate the benefits of legalization if we do not address the consequences. of criminalization," he added.

Maryland made cannabis legal for recreational use for adults on July 1, 2023.

The news of the pardons comes just a month after the Biden administration said it was officially moving forward with a proposal to reclassify marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III.

The Justice Department submitted the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to the Office of the Federal Register last month, and if approved, the rescheduling would limit the punishment for those who are in possession of marijuana when it comes to a federal crime.

The proposal is subject to a 60-day public comment period. After that, the administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration can assign an administrative law judge to consider the evidence and make a final scheduling recommendation

ABC News reported in April that the Drug Enforcement Administration was planning to reschedule marijuana.
