I sent out a sample one time,
  guy tells me after a week that he never got it.
I sent another one out & like a couple months later the usps
sends me the first pkg with a note that it was inside a sorting
machine all that time. It was all ripped up but everything was
still inside

but hell ..did this really happen to you? crap....my worst was an envelope with a non zip lock baggie.(just a fold over one) that had come undone and spilled the flakey leaf all over hell, and the envelope was only partly sealed so it leaked all over the Fuk..

yes  mailla envelope with car tracks on it an bite marks an grease all over .. i think they put it into the engine bay an said lets go ....  product still intact though ..  . boxes the only way to go ..
