Agreed - they do leave out that little fact on this one, and it is most relevant. Gotta love the drug war. Keep folks from the meds that help them only to encourage them to buy who knows what cut with their smack on the streets. Sad.
I do think that legal MJ will help with that situation, too, though. Once enough of the establishment doctors realize the benefits and safety of MJ, they'll start giving it out like they used to give out the pain meds. And since nobody is going to OD on it, the gov won't have a legitimate reason to try to restrict it...again.
