Actually I don't watch the news on Fox or anywhere else. I do notice some current affairs

I guess muslims concern me because I don't like the direction Our Country is heading. As a child I learned that
Everyone in the US was Free, but nowadays I notice some folks seem to be much freer than others are.

For example, let's take the case of a Mormon. Now his religion clearly states that he may take multiple wives, but they must be of adult age (13 years old)
In practice however when said Mormon attempts to practice his religion freely and take an additional 14 year old wife, the Federal Govt tosses his ass into
jail and forbids him from practicing this part of his religion. Now as another example You are a muslim, living in Dearborn, Michigan. You already came to the
US with 4 wives, some as young as 6 years old. The Federal Govt declines to throw You in jail because somehow You seem to have More Freedom than All the
rest of us citizens have. I see something very wrong here, however A Mean One simply picks his nose and eats another booger (I'm simply guessing)

I hope this explains why many of my posts contain references to Freedom and Equality (and I do believe You should be free to eat boogers, so You are covered A Mean One)

I saw on Workaholics where a dude was forced to eat boogers from two other peoples noses,
it was episode 31, titled: Booger Nights -- I couldn't watch, even knowing it was all simply acting,
in the purest sense of the word, heh heh  someone was also forced to crap their pants, these guys
beat out Johnny Knoxville!  One thing is I noticed is that many of the episodes are simply unwatchable,
unless You become wasted beforehand!!

I did before I replied to you the first time. If you read it, this is a non-binding system - "these tribunals do not conduct legally binding arbitrations; rather, their decisions are followed — when they are followed — as a result of the parties’ acquiescence and community pressure. In other words, it's the muslim peoples court of Dallas, and it doesn't mean crap unless the participants want it to. Makes for a good headline, though. Now, if they ever get something sharia based passed that is actually binding under US or state law, then that would be another matter altogether. I know a thing or two about Texas, and I'm here to tell you that ain't gonna happen! :snoop:

So they are just going to be deciding cases where some muslim wouldn't want to go to court for?
They will be undermining the justice system of Our country doing Anything with sharia law

Jones, I completely understand your issues with the muslim faith, I truly do. There are some very concerning issues, taqiya in particular, and I flat out think that Obama is a muslim sympathizer at a minimum, if not a closet muslim himself. Just look at how the muslim brotherhood is thriving now in the middle east during Obama's watch, and it's not hard to see how his decisions have helped facilitate that. Hell, just watching the fool bow to the Saudi king over and over is both nauseating and flat out concerning. At this point, I believe there is enough misconduct to impeach this asshole, and our elected leaders are a collective bunch of doormats for not doing so. I would put every politician on the record for something like that, regardless if they have the numbers to actually succeed, and let the next election sort them out.

That being said, we do have quite a few folks that grew up as both Americans and muslims, and they were not even a subject until 9/11 went down. So what about them? Should we put them all in camps or exterminate them? As a general rule, I think most of them are law abiding American citizens, and they accept our values and ways. I have no problem with them as long as they profess allegiance to America and our Constitution. Sure, there are some wackjobs out there, and we need to be on the lookout for them. Many of the wackjobs seem to have either foreign ties or they tend to be jailhouse muslim converts. I hope our security services are infiltrating their little dens wherever they may be, and may they get their chance to meet their maker as swiftly as possible. I'm also all kinds of good with not allowing such individuals access into the country under any circumstances, but you would have to have a government that protects its own borders for that (don't get me started!) I'm all for leaving the rest of the peace abiding, American born muslims alone, however.

Anyway, back to the subject at hand. What pisses me off about this article is that it appears to be a blatant attempt to rile folks up as the media is so fond of doing these days. It is my opinion that the media is colluding with the government directly in an attempt to keep us divided; and, therefore, unable to fight the government effectively (again, don't get me started!) This court is doing similar things to what any other religious group routinely does, however. If these muslims want to get together and decide whether someone is divorced or not according to the faith, then fine. That doesn't mean crap to the state, though. If you're divorced via state law, then you are legally divorced - period. But they can play all of the religious games they want to outside of that context as long as they do not violate any other state or US laws in the process. Now, if they start wanting to take on other things, say a criminal case, via Sharia, that's a completely different matter. That would be in direct conflict with US law, and we should slap the crap out of them for trying to do so. If you have an example of something like that going on, then I'm right there with you. I just don't see that in any of the linked articles for this one.

I double that sentiment and I'm not a really paranoid dude but I see the pieces fit...

United we stand, and divided we fall, and all of that. It's not just BS. They can screw us all over at will if we're squabbling about petty crap all of the time.
