I'm sure what with his recording studio, the cops were busy thinking up how big their cut would be once rico laws allowed them to seize all his property--Fucking Vultures Need to be Shot

At one point during my time in the reserves, my unit absorbed the myrtle beach based unit. Several of its members were in the leo community there. This story doesn't surprise me one bit after listening to their stories. Most of them dream of playing dirty harry and spend most of their careers hassling drunk tourists instead of getting in shootouts. Bunch of trigger happy pussies. I hope this man sues them, the town and the state for every penny he can get. :cigar

D3Dman:
How messed up. Over a few ounces of weed. Poor dude.

Too bad they don't have film on this one. Sounds like there are issues on both sides of the equation here, but it's my word against yours without the video. Unfortunately, that sort of situation typically favors the LEOs in court. So messed up getting shot over weed, though... :snoop:

Exactly, I dont hate cops on a whole, but when it comes down to their word vs ours in the court of law.. well the officer will come out on top a majority of the time, especially since cops and judges work together to get convictions in the first place. Sure, a few bad apples make them look bad, but even worse is the good cops who stand by and let this kind of shit happen. Something's gotta give eventually.
