I'll tell you what the ATF told me back when I was still selling guns for a living
They said if I notice a medical marijuana card in anyone's possession that wants to buy a gun to just tell them NO

So was that an official law or an unwritten rule you were just expected to enforce but not talk about? Seems at some point that policy will come under scrutiny when juxtaposed with the fact a raging alcoholic can buy a gun and no one will bat an eye, unless said individual is drunk at the time.

The ATF sent me a letter saying no sales to anyone with a medical marijuana card, so I'm gonna say it is a rule
There is only one state that has a law that actually allows someone with a medical marijuana card to own a gun
