My favorite is still the Sierpinski gasket, but Julia and Mandlebrot is still gorgeous to this day.

Fractals are a favorite of mine.

Matryoshka dolls in particular,

I've got a neat set of them depicting the Winnie the Pooh characters. 

They really help with all levels of understanding.
