On a serious note, that is about the most devastating kick in martial arts. A reverse hook to the head is hard to pull off if your opponent is paying attention, but that dude is going down if you land it with force! Heel to the head/temple - ouch!

Yeah I can't imagine the force behind that kick. You're entire body + the momentum of spinning into it. Edson Barboza is a masterful striker, if you're interested check out this highlight. He constantly will mix up the spinning back kick to the body for his opponent to block low, and then come up high with the heel kick (thats what happened in that fight in the gif)
Look at the snap on his low kicks to the legs.. fuck that looks like it would chop down an average joe's leg in half lol
