Medical Marijuana Will Be Legal in New York Next Wednesday

No votes, no legislation, just like that the governor had a change of heart. On Wednesday 1/8/2014  Governor Andrew Cuomo will sign an executive action that will allow limited use of the drug by those with serious illnesses, state officials say.

This is going to be limited and restricted like fuck at first but what  leap!
