I got an answer, all is well

Hey Tibs!

I am so sorry!

We have been set back by a minor issue, as well as having a shipment of supplies go missing. We just received a replacement shipment and will begin getting orders out on Monday. So sorry for this!

If you could inform the good ppl on the forum that'd be awesome!

Its good to hear. Dont wanna hear about any vendors getting busted these days now that there are only a handful left.

Messsage to AURA. Well I know they had a couple issues last week, And I emailed didn't get a response, and I thought whats up? Right, then FHI emailed me back and sent my order!


When I get my new order, I can email FHI and let em know you are cool! And maybe this will help!

I agree. When I get no communication or shady communication I start to wonder too!

For example I placed my first order from LegalHize took days to get it worked out, then I did, so I placed one more order to see if it's all good!

Not sure yet? But will post to let everyone know!

FHI has known Aura for many years. If they need references to fulfill an order properly, something is wrong. I get the feeling from what I've read the past  2-3 weeks here that its not the same people fully running it anymore. Their service use to be exemplary.  :snoop:

Heard from FHI. Seems like they have just had some technical issues. They have always been a awesome company so I forgive and forget the delay.

I placed an order on Sat once I saw they were back up and running.  Didn't get email regarding item shipped until late Tuesday nite.  When I tracked package today I see that it was sent out 2 day priority.  Pretty stand up move on their part to upgrade shipping for free because of their delay.
