Aloha, Planet X people!

My name is Niamand Geist. In German, this roughly translates to "nobody's ghost". The internet brings me a certain sense of anonymity, as NIemandgeist I am.

I like fitness. I like hiking, speedwalking/powerwalking, running, and doing resistance/strength training with weights and my own bodyweight.

I've posted it before, but here it is again:

Me attempting 2 repetition maxes (the most weight I can move in one working set) of +50lbs with barbell plates on a dip belt at 160 pounds bodyweight. This is nearly 210 total pounds of resistance for the chin up:

I like to do a full-body routine 3x a week with barbells and, weather permitting, I like to go do calisthics/bodyweight only at a local park.

I'm interested in chatting it up with anyone, whether you are into fitness or absolutely never want to become involved. I love stimulating conversation from strangers, especially those who have shared similar psychedelic and designer chemical cocktails. I'm not into those things lately, apart from blends, since over 5 years though. I really just enjoy chatting with strangers.

I had my best buddy recently move to the far end of the country to get to Colorado so I'm trying to reach out to have more people to converse with on a weekly basis.

well hello !!!   I could use more friends myself!! lol    im completely secluded,no friends,,dwindiling fam.....but oh well,,wat u gunna do!! lol    I need to lose sum serious weight tho lol but im to lazy to do it!!  this is me minus the beer add a pipe  lol...............I love to swim but have no pool love to ride bikes 2 as well but no bike!! lol.....I gotta do sumthin tho......I went from bein to skinny from being ill, to bein well on my way to lookin like honey booboos momma all cuz I can eat now!!!!!! 

I got tired of feeling bloated and basically too damn fat finally, a couple weeks ago.
Last week instead of the 2 cans of coke I normally have with lunch I got some little bottles of
welches grape juice. I noticed I don't feel all bloated even after just a week of drinking just one lil' grape
juice with lunch and if I get thirsty I add a bottle of water, just at lunchtime so it isn't too tough. After only one week
of skipping the cokes I can fit into my shorts again and I don't feel all fat & bloated all the time.
