Quote
In a notice to appear in Friday’s Federal Register, the Department of Justice (DOJ) is announcing plans to designate three synthetic cannabinoids as Schedule 1 drugs. The substances — known in chemical terms as UR-144, XLR11 and AKB48 — join other synthetic marijuana mixtures that are already banned…The decision to list them as Schedule 1 drugs — creating criminal penalties for anyone caught dealing or possessing them — reflects a finding that they are an imminent public safety hazard.

That's like the old saying "guns don't kill people, people kill people".  It's not the items in and of themselves, it's the misuse.  We shouldn't be addressing the legality of said items, rather the education that one receives toward the proper and responsible use of things which prove to be harmful.

It's almost like the government is tripping over them selves. I believe there will be a day not to far in the future where MJ will be legal in many states, due to the fact
many states are broke, and they need a serious revenue stream, that now they don't have!

I am moving to Montana , but you know where I want to Vacation either WASHINGTON OR COLORADO!

5F-AKB48 is a decent bit newer to the scene than the ones they are banning, that's why it isn't covered. They just ban the most common ones every once in a while.

Definitely a huge difference between something being covered under the analogue act and being officially scheduled hatter. In fact if there wasn't you would not care.

so 5f-akb-48 should not be harder to get after the ban? it will stay available, or do you think vendors will stop providing it.

Well, it is painfully obviously covered by the analogue act if AKB48 is scheduled, but I guess that hasn't stopped other noids from being available. I dunno honestly.
