kava kava reverse tolly - maintenance required?

Once you get past that reverse tolerance with Kava is there a maintenance schedule?  It seems most say after they break through that reverse tolly they can go a couple months and it's the same when they come back. i want to make sure I'm doing it often enough to not be starting over each time.  if that's a concern even.

Trying toss n wash tonight and i'm not really impressed, but it's been a cpl weeks since ive done kava...

i like the rex method of squeezing thru cloth, seems to numb my mouth the most.  So I imagine I'm getting more of the lactones and best effects.  but anymore I put it in a jar with warm water[not hot so as not to ruin lactones] and shake for a few minutes.  Then filter, chug that liquid, and re-infuse for a few more min.  2 times, 3 seems almost not worth it.  I have been filtering on last step but now that i know ppl t&w i will start chugging all of it.

i plan on doing it every night this week until I'm toe up.  then I know I've broken through.  maybe i'll move evening kratom to day durng work, and kava at night.  The possibilities.

Have you bought from kava site? I tried gelcaps from store, teas powders etc, but never got effect until I ordered from Hawaii. Kava by Rex.
This will be my 4th night so I expect that breakthrough! Is ok so far but I want to get drunk where I know I'm there no doubt.

I have done all forms including Rex, KavaKona, caps, etc.. used all methods too

I've only tried Fire Island and Shaman Instant Kava, kind of meh. Some results but nothing to write home about. Still have some, more testing to do I guess. Perhaps you do need to go through the muss and fuss of preparation after all.

I know there was quite a few times I was high as a kite with the bag of Solomon kava I just finished a couple weeks ago... very excited to try out Bula kava house as I've heard their kava is even more potent than nakamal at home's... Went for the boroguru as that's supposed to be a very potent muscle relaxant...

Bula kava house, now if that's not potent they need to change their name cuz that just sounds awesome. Ima order from z_eclectic I believe and pick up some of his famous kratom stem n vein too. Good luck, hope it's yummy.

Eventually I'll work my way up to.that Papua New guinea koniak kava. Supposed to be extremely potent and intoxicating...

I do feel it better when squeezing through sock for @ least 5 min into one serving water. Not too much water so you're not drinking volume. Warm is good but cold is fine and tastes better. Drink & repeat cuz gramma grew up in the depression & taught us all not to waste.

Got my order from bula kava house today. Half kilo of boroguru. Soaking for awhile. Gonna squeeze it out after we get back from the store. Can't squeeze it out now cuz I'm out of nylons for straining bags. Super excited as this kava is supposed to be a real muscle melter!!

I just soaked quarter cup in 8oz jar, shook for 10 min, repeat and drank grounds. Mellow so far but I've felt more in the past. Still hoping for that big breakthrough, maybe I have more later. I have had luck with his before, felt just on the edge, ready to make this a regular helper.

First shell (4 oz cup) down. Little bit milder tasting than Solomon kava. This is my first time with a Vanuatu strain... I used 4tbsp with one cup milk, one cup water, and 4tsp of canola oil. Recipe I've used many times. The fat in the milk and oil helps draw out some more kavalactones as they are lipid soluble...
